1st- the design in usuper cool
2nd - there something problematic with the walk in my opinion- in some part of the cycle it seems like it would fall to his front- it looks like his middle back is pinned to a wall and thats the only thing keeping him steady

Yikes, I never noticed that! Looks like I really need to distribute a lot of his weight to the front, and now that I'm looking at him I think he needs a lot more side to side sway as well.

you look like you have a bit of interpenetration on the left legs too where he steps forward. I'd also think about where the muscles should be on it...if you bulge out in the correct places as you walk, it wont look like it's deflatig as much.

Awesome concept though and the animation's pretty spot on.
